Here at TurtleContacts.com.au we charge a FLAT RATE for all our shipping!
● $4.95 Regular shipping ANYWHERE in Australia. Delivery 1-3 days to Metro areas and up to 6 days for rural and country areas.
● $12.95 Express shipping ANYWHERE in Australia. Next Day to Metro areas and up to 3 days for rural and country areas.
● $6.95 International Air shipping ANYWHERE in the World. Delivery time varies depending on your location.
For orders to be shipped the same day, orders need to be placed before 3PM(GMT+10).
Refunds & Returns
Defective or Damaged: Should you open a lens and find it defective due to a manufacturing fault or it was damaged during shipping. Please keep the lens in the solution, do not dispose of it and contact the returns department as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind: Due to the medical nature of this product, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind. Please note that ALL of our lenses cover brown/dark eyes.
Please do NOT return products without obtaining a RMA number first, as our warehouse needs this number to process your refund or exchange. To obtain an RMA number, please email: rma@turtlecontacts.com.au
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and there is a re-stocking fee of $2.50 per item returned.
Refunds are processed within 7-14 days after the goods are received.
